Assistant Manager HR
Mumbai | 5+ years of experience
 
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and coordinate staff orientation and training programs including on the job training
  • Identify and analyze training needs (through PMS, Skill Matrix or HOD recommendation) to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  •  Manage the design and implementation of sourcing, recruitment and selection programs
  •  Perform end to end payroll administration including tax computations and statutory filings and manage staff performance exercises
  • Draft, review and administer HR policies and staff benefits
  • Assist management in manpower planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Maintain and compile MIS reports for management
  • Manage the HR compliance framework and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour law and other statutory requirements
  • Drive Employee Engagement activities including outbound activities
  • Lead and close Statutory and Internal Audits in HR
  • Any other HR activities and deliverables as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

 

  • MBA from a reputed university
  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience
  • Effective time management, problem-solving and vendor management skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Very organized with attention to detail
  •  Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
