Finance Executive
Mumbai | 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Assist in day to day accounting and book keeping
  • Filing and documentation
  • Performing bank and other ledger reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets register and AR maintenance
  • Preparation of cash flows, processing staff claims and payments through cheques/DD, NEFT, RTGS including foreign remittances
  • Making sure that accounts/payments are compliant from tax perspective
  • Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments
  • Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns, service tax returns
  • Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants
  • Assist in management reporting and budgeting
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in commerce/accounting, Inter CA, ICWA
  • 2-3 years experience in the field of tax administration and compliance a must
  • 3-5 years’ experience of working in Finance Department
  • Good communication skills
  • Expertise in office automations tools like MS Office
  • Experience in Financial Systems like Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft Financials, Sun Systems or any other ERP
