Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating HR Operations including benefits administration, policy implementation, employee onboarding and exit and record maintenance
  • Recruiting, screening and shortlisting candidates for assigned position
  • Conducting background checks of shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinating for staff orientation and induction programs
  • Assisting in payroll administration including attendance & leave management, statutory filings etc.
  • Maintaining Human Resource Information System records and compiling MIS reports for management
  • Serving as a point of contact with external vendors/stakeholders
  • Supporting in performance management activity
  • Driving Employee Engagement activities including outbound activities
  • Any other HR activities and deliverables that may be assigned to you from time to time

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Effective time management, problem-solving and vendor management skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Very organized with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
