- Facilitating HR Operations including benefits administration, policy implementation, employee onboarding and exit and record maintenance
- Recruiting, screening and shortlisting candidates for assigned position
- Conducting background checks of shortlisted candidates
- Coordinating for staff orientation and induction programs
- Assisting in payroll administration including attendance & leave management, statutory filings etc.
- Maintaining Human Resource Information System records and compiling MIS reports for management
- Serving as a point of contact with external vendors/stakeholders
- Supporting in performance management activity
- Driving Employee Engagement activities including outbound activities
- Any other HR activities and deliverables that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Effective time management, problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Strong ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Very organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
