Legal & Secretarial Executive
Mumbai | 1+ years of experience

  • Drafting, vetting, preparation, execution of Agreements, Letters, undertakings, POAs, MOUs NDAs, annual maintenance contracts, letters of engagement and various other commercial agreements and such other Legal Documents with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of notice, agenda & minutes for Board, General & Shareholders' meetings (AGM / EGM), annual returns and directors¿ reports and independently conduct meetings
  • Preparing and timely filing the various forms for regulatory filings with ROC / RBI / AMFI / BSE / CDSL applicable to stock brokers, Depository Participants, Investment Advisers etc
  • Maintenance & updation of various statutory registers required under Companies Act & other rules
  • Compliance for issue of shares to residents / non-residents and related regulatory filings
  • Co-ordination with Statutory, Internal & Secretarial Auditors
  • Ensuring timely renewal and smooth exit formalities of business agreements
  • Any other Legal/ compliance matters as assigned from time to time
  • Degree holder with 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Compliance related certification is desirable
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Quick learner, proactive and highly business focused
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time management, record keeping, self- scheduling, and follow-up and ability to function independently
  • Ability to draft clear and professional correspondence and other documents of a legal, compliance and business nature
  • Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks within compressed timelines
