Marketing and Communication Executive

  • Responsible for strategic direction and execution of all internal and external content and communication
  • Develop and maintain FSM branding and visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all PR and marketing materials and activities
  • Build a strong branding for our business by reaching out to investors and media
  • Conduct appropriate market research on competitive services and organizations
  • Work on FSM website, developing, editing and maintaining content, including fund manager interviews, articles, newsletters and video/podcast content, etc
  • Create and update collaterals including presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools
  • Create marketing materials to be used across various media and PR platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration
  • Develop, execute and manage online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, search engine marketing and social media optimization
  • Constantly explore, recommend and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences
  • Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to make recommendations and work independently on most projects and programs
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
